A man Sets Himself on fire when Lightning Cigarate at Trying to Steal Fuel (Video Attached)

A 26 years old man Trying to steal fuel from the car, and sets himself on fire when lightning cigarette. This incident happened in a car park and Captured by CCTV. Police found that man not far from the car yard and arrested him. The car yard estimates damage of around $100K.
